We are role models for our sons. Everything in this commercial is appropriate and sets great examples. Well done. My favorite part is the kindness teaching moment when the two boys are wrestling. As the Mom of two wonderful sons, I bought into the Boys will be boys, looking back I could have This Shirt Just Got 20 Percent Cooler Shirt done better. Good for Gillette. They’re not attacking masculinity, they’re bringing attention to bad behavior that regularly is mistaken as being masculine.

People getting upset over an ad that endorses kind and respectful behavior just proves the need for such an ad. As a mom of 4 boys, who are encouraged to be kind, compassionate and empathetic, I love the ad. I find that the people complaining about it are the ones who should be paying the most attention to it. The same individuals that complain about this and are the same ones who run around calling people snowflakes, oh the irony. Honestly, what kind of human are you, if you find any fault in this.

CNN how about trying to stop printing stuff aimed at the division and maybe print good and fair news articles. Stop printing the racist and hate articles and tell us how the children of today are doing around the world. show us sunshine. Not a problem, respect, courtesy, doing the right thing and remaining a man easy, not joining the outrage machine, this advert does not affect my masculinity, if it does, yours, you need to have a conversation with the guy looking back at you next time you look in the mirror and get over yourself.
I’m a father of two boys and I don’t feel insulted by this controversial ad at all. Men who get angry by this and are no different from religious fanatics who respond to the so-called blasphemy case. If the This Shirt Just Got 20 Percent Cooler Shirt barometer of our society is measured by a Fortune 500 companies commercial for an everyday necessity we are so beyond help. Seems like the only anger is from the snowflake toxic men this ad was aimed at, so they clearly missed the point.
